Introduction

This document is an agreement between Chris Zempel LLC and the user. By using the platform, users agree to the terms outlined here.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

Services Provided

  • You provide AI-generated content for novel writing assistance.
  • Each project costs $10 and includes a 'one-sheet' which is a comprehensive story blueprint that consolidates essential narrative elements, character details, and writing guides into a single, easily-referenced document to streamline the story development process.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate information when registering and using the service.
  • Users must not use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose (e.g., posting defamatory or illegal content).

Payments and Refunds

  • All projects are priced at $10, payable via Stripe.
  • Refunds are offered if users are dissatisfied with the content, with the process for requesting a refund clearly defined (e.g., within 14 days of receiving content).

Ownership of Generated Content

  • Users own the content generated by the platform.
  • However, Chris Zempel LLC reserves the right to use generated content internally for improving the platform (e.g., improving algorithms or testing new features), but it will not be shared publicly without user consent.

Disclaimers

  • We disclaim responsibility for any inaccuracies, errors, or misuse of the AI-generated content.
  • The generated content is meant to assist in novel writing, and users are responsible for verifying its accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the project ($10).
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the service.

Termination

  • We can terminate user accounts if they violate any terms or misuse the service.
  • Users can terminate their accounts at any time by contacting customer service.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services (e.g., Stripe for payments, Claude for AI generation), and by using the service, users agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Missouri, United States of America.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update the terms, and users will be notified of any significant changes via email or on the site.
